I have been a customer of helping timeshare owner for almost 3 years. Their trouble was the payment, they told me that everything took about a year, no more than that. My experience has been subpar and lackluster at best. Very unprofessional customer service, they blame the client. No results!
I am on my 3rd year with this company and I am requesting a refund. I wish I had been told at the first meeting that this program is for people who want or will stop making payments to the resort/timeshare in order get out of their contract. I put 3 stars for now hoping that the company has integrity and can provide a refund. Will keep you updated! Months later, no resolution. It's my loss.
