Completely deserving of the 5 stars. They took Blu in last minute and preformed life saving surgery on him as he had a foreign body within his small intestine. The staff & the doctors talked us through the entire procedure . Gave us updates . Where compassionate & caring the entire time & overall just helped us bring our baby Home . We couldn’t be more grateful. God Bless you all. And again thank you so much.
This was by far an excellent experience for us when our dog was very sick . From the first phone call we were treated like gold and through this whole process they never lost site of that . Well done Helping Hands and a million thanks to the whole staff !
Staff took good care of our dog and the intake/discharge process was very convenient.
You guys were incredible with our Mateo, we couldn’t be more grateful. Truly you guys were amazing. I wish there were more places like yours that truly cared for the pets and parents. It was so beautiful and clean facility wise and then the staff, gosh they were absolutely amazing. Just how much they cared and they way they went through everything so we would understand during such a scary time for us. Truly just incredibly grateful for Helping Hands. Thank you!
So I am rewriting my review lol…so I do recommend people to get their dogs surgery here but for after care I don’t recommend they did not help my baby at all I had to go 4 times here and they didn’t help me at all they just kept giving me a medication that didn’t have to do anything with what my dog was suffering with?! I was so frustrated bcs is also time and money my dog had an anal gland mass removal surgery and I knew there were probably going to be complications but I didn’t know they weren’t that bad!
