Got me in the next day, as it was an emergency, the ER vet wanted to charge me 4 to 6k more. They were the ones who recommended Helping Hand also as they are an outpatient surgical clinic and not emergency. They were thorough, kept me updated pre op, let me know when they began, updated me post op, gave plain, but thorough directions for post op care. Were an overall friendly and accommodating staff. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
Kind warm and genuine service providers from the phone call administration, to the welcome check in process, and going back into the cute colorful houses. The communication was phenomenal, I got texts letting me know when my dogs procedure started, how it’s going, and when it ended. The check up and stitches removal is included in the price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
Words can not explain how gratitude to Helping Hands. Basically our 7month old American Bully would have died if they did not step in with their excellent service. The staff and customer service was top notch and the price and payment plans was heavenly.
