Good grief, I don’t even know where to begin…If you know you know! The "rule of the cart" is just the tip of the iceberg; the real issue is the glaring lack of customer service, basic human decency, and southern hospitality. My favorite place to go the owner Cathy and Miss Kitty are the best
Super super rude nasty people! I walked in, instead of being greeted, I was yelled at and told that I shouldn't park in front of the donation box out front, yet I wasn't close to it at all. The ladie looked around the corner and realized that she was wrong, and didn't apologize to me. I made it only about 50 steps, and then the lady got on the intercom and broadcast to the entire store (which I was the only one inside at the time) that if I don't have a cart, I will not be served. almost didn't come for the reviews but am so glad I did. the staff are farrr from rude. the cart policy isn't unreasonable and with doing such good helpful work for the community I feel like it shouldn't be such a big deal to respect their request. they helped me out when I only had so much change on me and were really friendly. God bless yall keep it up !
