I had my first assessment with Joseph Balsano today and felt totally supported and informed. Joseph was professional, through, gentle and friendly. I feel confident that my physiotherapy sessions will bring total healing. I would also like to compliment the receptionist who was also very accommodating and friendly.
Just started physiotherapy with Joseph. He is patient, listens and gentle. Staff at the office have been all kind and respectful. I'm confident he will help me heal. Keep you posted. Update: It's been 4 weeks now, Joseph the physiotherapist has consistently helped work with my spinal fracture. Hai the registered massage therapist is great too. Just got out of the hospital after 2 months… lots of issues and Joseph is helping to tackle them all… Real professional!!! Highly recommend.
