I absolutely love Dr. ORTIZ She is excellent with all 3 of my kids she listens to any concerns I have she is very busy but she will definitely take the time with the kids and listens to them with whatever concern they have she explains everything well for me and my kids. The rooms are kid friendly and clean.I am definitely happy with Dr.ortiz wouldn't change her for any other dr.

She listens to your concerns. She's great with kids and very personable.
She is a great doctor but it's hard to get an appointment with her because she isn't there everyday. Waiting almost 2 hours without being seen on a sick walk in after waiting almost 6 hours on call back from the nurse. If someone would have actually called me back in a reasonable amount of time I could have came in sooner instead waiting 2 hours. No description on her answering machine for hours so I don't even know when they open. Very frustrating
