I have overlooked the rudeness in the past but now I am sadly disappointed when elderly volunteers at "Helping Hands" target a 3 year old with his mother about picking up toys, then character assassinate his mother in front of her son about what he should and should not know. Yes! I was on the phone with his mother when this took place, I am his grandmother!! Revisiting what your intentions as a non profit organization may need to be addressed.
