Elsa the owner needs to work on her people skills and is not respectful of her staff. Charlotte was excellent and Elsa is lucky to have her. Charlotte deserves the 5 star review. Overall we got the ducks in a row and Tracy and Charlotte handled the end quickly. Elsa did finally come around and we appreciate her perseverance to get the Dr. to come and sign off for the medication needed. We just wish it would have started out that way.
Helping Hands really lives up to there name ! They have the most caring staff and they are local to Blythe .They were very clear on offered services and they always answer the phone or get back to you even after hours .We will continue to use Services for our loved one when necessary .
Helping hands home heath care services have been such a great help in caring for my grandmother there staff is so generously kind and caring loving and respectful.
Helping hands is an awesome service in Blythe. They come by and check on my parents on the regular. They make sure their vitals are all in the green and help w prescriptions that need to be taken and or ordered. I really appreciate everything they do here in Blythe. Very professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars
Really great staff. Nurses come once a week to my grandma house to make sure she’s doing good. On every visit they check her vitals, they ask if she’s in any pain and they make sure she has the right medication or if she needs any refills. They keep on track with her health they also help scheduling doctor appointments.
