I worked for Helping Hands for over three years. I decided to take a leap of faith and go into the care sector, my only regret is why did I not do it sooner! Everyone was so kind and the team I worked for were generally lovely ! I'm glad I took the leap. I got promoted to CTP then Care Coordinator and this is where I could see the cracks in senior management. Working for people who had lost their love for care or indeed had never worked in care. A very friendly and efficient service, always happy to help out with any task around Mum and Dad's house. Particular kudos to Jason who works works really hard around the place while maintaining a friendly banter with my parents. Happily recommend Helping Hands to anybody who needs some of stress of home care taken care of.
Excellent service. Staff always very accommodating. Carers are brilliant with Mom. Very professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
