My experience of helping hands has been great. The carers for my Mum E have been friendly, professional and engaging. Always talking to Mum whilst carrying out the caring tasks effectively. Kerry has been fantastic. Mum had to be hospitalised for a period of time, and care at home stopped due to this. Kerry was great, informing us that care could restart when we were ready. There were numerous times when it looked like care could restart, and Kerry put this in place ready for it to commence, only for it to have to stop again... read more

Helping Hands have been caring for my wife since October 2020, throughout the COVID 19 epidemic. We have found the carers, the management team and the standard of care to be very good. They have a large resource of carers who are generally competent and well trained. It has taken some time for them to settle down to a consistent standard and level of care but that has now been achieved. They are expensive but they are the seventh care agency we have had over the years and are the best we have had. Still room for improvement ... read more
