Used this company for 3 months after hospital. Would recommend . Meticulous attention to detail always. Carer Baba was excellent and great to have around. There is an expense involved but not prohibitive. Guy Begent.

My dad had a spell in hospital and on release he required care visits at home to manage a catheter. Helping Hands took over from the interim NHS appointed carers. He had 4 visits per day initially to manage the catheter but my dad is 90 and virtually blind so the care also extended to helping him around the house, with personal care and domestic chores and, most importantly, brought company and routine to his days. We arranged for a visit last week and confirmed it by phone before I drove down to Poole from Nottingham to support my father. No-one came or phoned/made contact to explain why. It may be because my father lives a way out of Poole and they decided they didn't want to be bothered. If we had known we would have arranged a different agency to visit. It seemed very unprofessional.
