I have previously worked with Helping Hands for many years and I have loved every minute of it. I enjoyed working with my colleagues, however most importantly I work with amazing customers and I have previously created a fantastic bond with them. Absolutely amazing care agency that halved been superb with my elderly mother! The carers are so supportive, helpful, compassionate, diligent and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m also always so impressed when I ring the Bury office to report any changes because the team are top notch and I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for care for themselves, or their elderly relatives, to try them first before approaching any other agencies.

Helping hands has been an amazing company to work for right from the very start. The recruitment process was very quick as I was out shadowing in less than a week. The office staff are brilliant and very supportive as they ensure that you feel comfortable before sending you out on your own.

Heather arrived in 2020 and made huge positive changes which is exactly what we needed. It is now an amazing company to work for and the branch team are brilliant.
