Helping Hands have been brilliant looking after my mother. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all the carers are lovely really caring people. I would recommend to anyone.
I joined helping hands 4 years ago for the weston branch with no experience in care. I became more confident and I love my job everyday. January 2022 I transfered over to Clevedon helping hands even thou I miss my old branch in weston, the carers and customers. I fitted straight into Clevedon branch and enjoyed getting to know the new office staff, carers and customers and treat the customers how I would like my family or myself to be treated. I currently work at Helping Hands Clevedon and am extremely happy in my workplace. I started working HH as a Care Assistant in the community, and with support and training, have now reached the Care Coordinator role. All of the staff are really friendly and my manager is really approachable and supportive. I would highly recommend HH Clevedon!!
I have been working for Helping Hands for nearly 12 months as part of the new branch team and I couldnt ask for a more supportive staff team to work alongside in the office and my carers are very attentive. My area manager and her team are very suportive and are always there if I need help or advice.
As a relatively new carer since March last year I could not of asked for a better company to work for. My background was logistics and stock management but whilst furloughed I decided to help during this pandemic and I have to say the training and support is excellant.
