Useless. Twice made an appointment for someone to visit to set up care and on both occasions no one attended. First time I accepted it was human error. Apparently the employee had been told the appointment was cancelled despite it being on their system. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I arranged a second appointment for 2 weeks later, confirming in the days prior to double check no further mistakes.
