Whether I talk to Caroline, Kurt or Marissa I get what I think is special attention. They are always easy to reach when you need them and set up any changes I need in a seamless way. I changed my Supplement this year and I didn’t have to do anything but talk to the Fricke’s. They communicate among themselves and get the job done. Kurt was HEAVEN sent! This man went over and beyond to help me with my Brother getting his medicaid back. Kurt was so professional and determined to make this happen and it happened! If you're having issues with Medicaid, please contact Kurt and I'm sure or he will definitely try to get it resolved. Remember, if you need insurance, Kurt is your man.
