I can't say enough about how much we LOVE Helping Hands, Paoli. All staff is friendly, energetic, skilled in their expertise and reliable! Our son is thriving under their care!
We had a great experience with this clinic, from our care coordinator to the therapists. They really did a good job making sure they were helping my child in any way they could and working with us to form a good relationship with her. Everyone was very responsive and engaging. We really loved our time at Paoli, and the only reason we left was to transfer to a closer facility still in the helping hands network. I personally would recommend this place for any parent who wants to get services for their child.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I sent a company-wide email about inconsistent hours for full-time RBTs at Helping Hands Family, an ABA company. I worked at the Columbia, MD clinic. Instead of addressing anything I said, they deleted the email, pretended nothing happened, and had the regional manager/director Breck Stanley follow me to every room I was in today. We had a good experience with therapy in my kid's preschool from this location. Both the day to day staff and the supervisor were caring and reliable. Would recommend for ABA support
My son Fox was diagnosed with moderate/high ASD at the beginning of 2025, it was one of the toughest days to learn about my sons condition and my wife and I started to feel helpless - I am so grateful for Helping Hands, in just under three months time not only has Fox started to say words and phrases but also has become incredible at communicating even when he doesn’t have the words to tell me.
