Hooked me up with a seemingly fake therapist. The therapist I was connected with was kind, caring, and considerate. But there was a major issue. She wasn't a therapist. Our sessions consisted of casual chit chat, not digging into problems or finding solutions. "how are you? What you up to? Keep your head up" was the main thing of our sessions. I would not recommend this agency due to unprofessionalism. My son has been a client for all about six months and within that time frame I have often had to follow up on prescriptions, appointments, with minimal contact from counselor. Reached out to director who identified herself as the owner to voice my concern with the office staff and in that statement I mentioned that the client should not feel like they work for the agency, but the agency works for the client.
