I found this wonderful, loving place to bring my mom to live there. I felt the warm of home environment as soon as I entered this home. My mom got 24/7 around the clock care! Unfortunately, my mom passed away a couple of days ago. Sheen, the owner is very, very friendly & knowledgeable. Her staff are all very friendly, helpful, caring. Thank you everyone for the loving care you have given to my 90 year old mom for the short time while she was living there. This facility is HIGHLY recommended by me.
Our family was blessed to have Sheen & Isiah come into our lives. Sheen first cared for my mom when she was providing in-home care. When it came time that mom need 24/7 care Helping Hands Sr Care was our #1 choice to know my mom would be in the best of hands. The staff was amazing, treating my mom so well & caring for her. I would recommend this residential home to anyone in need of care for their lived one.
We were so blessed to have Helping Hands care for our father. The facility is staffed by generous, kind people who made sure our dad was well taken care of. The home is immaculate and the staff always went the extra mile, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated when we couldn’t be there. Thank you so much for being so exceptional!
My aunt mom was in these facility, and my grandma said Shein is the one who's taking care of her, she told us that people smoke cigarette and she can even smell her. These facility only wants money and no care to older people, I suggest don't bring people here unless you want them to die early.poor facility
