DO NOT hire this agency. I had to call the police & report to remove an Aide from my house. She refused to leave but was too tired to take me to doctor’s. I had given Supervisor 1.5 weeks notification of a doctor appointment I had waited 3 mths to get. Caregivers has a habit of not showing up. Other caregivers heard & complains that a dementia client never got cleaned & changed all day.
My client a nonverbal mentally disabled wheelchair bound man was left out in Farmington with his 95 year old mother and staff on friday 10th until 5:30 when they reached out to the dispatch because Dr. Office was closing, they were told to calm down and wait for a ride to get there, this is not a professional service and will let dds know how neglectful they handled this appointment. Will never use again,awful experience
Work for Helping hands Healing hearts for over 5 years. She care more about her client's above and beyond, Also her Aides .help with anything.Just ask.. Also has coverage .She is a beautiful woman .
Best experience ever! An amazing company that came through on a pinch for my father.
