Good staff, cold rooms, no door for privacy, poor management, black mold n dirty vents in bathroom. lack of good judgement when having a displaced abused fire vitum thrown I to a ice storm w nothing so a violent crazy high junkie could get her rest. Avoiding confrontation was my only hope of survival. Went out to cool off and escaped not knowing how bad the ice storm was and was yet to get.
