I broke my car in half. I left my pride with it. Helping hands helped me find a tow, stored it, brought it back to life and BETTER for a more than reasonable charge. Have you ever wanted to pay gratuity to your auto repair? First time for me! I genuinely appreciate you guys!!
Amber and everyone at Helping Hands is great. Quick, helpful, and no bs like dealerships. Had work with them done a couple of times now and they always do phenomenal and make sure we're well taken care of.
No one likes having to take their vehicle in for repairs, but Helping Hand was reasonably priced, got the work done when they said they would, and also made us aware of another looming issue with our car. They gave clear pricing, explained everything, and let us decide what was best. Amber was super communicative, and kept us informed.
Took my car to this place at my sponsors suggestion. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. My car started smelling like gas so I looked this place up and drove over. They quickly found what was leaking and submitted a claim to warranty company. Front desk staff was knowledgeable and helped me get the most bang for my buck so to speak. Honest, fast, and reliable. Amber provided excellent customer service and was able to fit me in the same day I reached out. I was impressed how fast the technician could see my vehicle and provide a diagnostic to my issues. The prices were fair and cheaper than bigger shops.
