I bought a new refrigerator from HH Gregg it was a 36" frigidaire the first one didnt work so they brought me another one. Just before the warrantee ran out this one quit. HH Gregg sent out Helping Hand Appliance Repair. They worked on it and it didnt work right so I called back many times and left a message and no one every called back, so I called from my girlfriends phone he picked up the first time and told me he didnt know how to fix my refrigerator So I had to pay A1-Appliance to fix it right. Freindly and did a good job. The only thing I dont like was they didnt call and let me know they were running late. I had an appointment from 10-2 and they didnt come out until 4pm
