We had a terrible experience with my Grandmother here. Her needs were not met and she received very very poor care. She devastatingly got a pressure wound that wasn’t attended to correctly. The nurses didn’t seem concerned and as a family we decided to call an ambulance to take her to hospital. The hospital couldn’t believe that the pressure wound got to the point that it was (very very obviously not taken care of) and because of that she unfortunately lost her life to sepsis. So hoping we can get Mum into Mawson Lakes. On our Tour recently, we were completely gobsmacked by the cleanliness, the fresh air, the friendly Staff and most importantly the happy Residents.
Fantastic & friendly staff. Great place to be when you need extra help later in life.

Today I went for a tour at helping hand Mawsons lakes and the lovely lady Karin - ASC did an amazing tour, she has a beautiful personality, showed me all areas, of this very nice place. Karin is an excellent person.
