I cannot believe I’m writing this review right now in a completely silent house! My husband and I have two amazing, and equally amazingly strong-willed, twins! At 14 months, we still were not able to put them down without bottles, crying, frequent night wakings and feedings, and get more than 2-3 consecutive hours of sleep. Our daughter also started refusing to sleep by herself. I tried everything and read a couple books that promised to solve my sleep-deprivation, all to no avail. Then I happened to find Dr. Sarah, I’ll cal... read more

Sarah is INCREDIBLE! We are so thankful for the chance to work with her. We were struggling with both feeding & sleeping - they're so interwined, and it was hard to find someone who specializes in both. She is a lifesaver. Before working with her, our 6.5 month old was feeding 17 times a day - just constant snacking, and now he has just 5 FULL feeds during the day. She quickly helped us establish a plan to get his feeding on track, evaluated any possible issues (reflux, tongue tie, etc.). Then we worked on sleep. Prior to wo... read more

Rested baby=Happy parents ! Sarah literally changed our lives as new parents to our baby girl. Our daughter had reflux and we struggled with not only sleep but feeding and calorie intake. We first met Sarah when our daughter was about 2 months old. We asked for a consultation to help guide us on how to make life easier for a reflux baby. She validated us on our concerns which made a big difference to us as our pediatrician brushed it off since baby was gaining weight appropriately. We then wanted Sarah's help on sleep traini... read more

I reached out to Sarah because starting at 2.5 months old, my baby would only contact sleep. I tried all the recommended sleep suits and sleep sacks and sleep hygiene suggestions for younger babies, but nothing helped until I contacted Sarah once my baby hit 4 months. She had me take a couple weeks to adjust feeding times and do exercises with baby to get her more comfortable in her crib. At 4.5 months we sleep trained and now at 5.5 months I can say it was a resounding success. My baby naps in her crib and sleeps all night ... read more

We reached out to Sarah WAY later than we should have. Our 3.5 year old was waking up multiple times a night and we'd tried everything. Sarah's experience with older (and younger) kids, along with her relationship and data-oriented approach were why we chose her, and she didn't disappoint. She developed new strategies, helped us adapt as things worked and didn't work, and left us with a confident, proud daughter who sleeps through the night. And more than that, I think we grew as parents, so we're better equipped for the nex... read more
