I don’t even know where to begin my review as I just can write a small book on our experience and journey with Sarah. We had a refluxy and very gassy baby. As we started to be coached by Sarah, we quickly realized what a big portion of sleep training food is. Sarah has helped us clean up the feeding, learn more about it and be able to recognize when does the spit up bother our baby which would affect his sleep or not. She helped us choose a better formula which the baby loves now. As for the sleeping piece, our baby is sleep... read more

Working with Sarah was a great experience! You truly don’t realize how valuable sleep is for both yourself and your baby until it’s gone! I was battling 6 months of severe sleep deprivation after attempting to sleep train my wild child on my own with little success. Sarah’s tailored guidance allowed me to sleep train my baby without traumatizing myself in the process. I had no idea how much science is involved in sleep training which I can totally appreciate as an RN who looooves evidence based practice. Her approach is defi... read more

I hired Laurie of Helping Babies Sleep when my toddler was just shy of 27 months. He was still taking the bottle to sleep, sleeping in my arms at night, and waking several times throughout the night. Laurie took the time to get to know both of us before suggesting tools and tactics to approach better sleep. I felt comfortable the entire ... read more

Working with Sarah Mitchell was truly a life-changing experience for our family. We did the two-week package that included an in-home visit for the first bedtime, followed by remote support — and I can honestly say it was worth every bit of the investment. Before working with Sarah, we had been struggling for six months with our baby’s sleep. He has silent reflux and ongoing GI discomfort, and despite trying what felt like everything, he was still waking up almost every hour all night long. We were *exhausted* — some nights ... read more

My 3 1/2 month old baby was sleeping well at night, but we were struggling when it came to daytime naps. Sarah was referred to us by friends and she was well worth the money! She came to our home and demonstrated to us how to get our baby down for naps during the day, but also emphasized that we needed to be flexible. A week later we had a 30 minute follow up with her and all the feedback we gave her was positive. Using Sarah‘s tips combined with the Huckleberry app, we have successfully been able to get our baby down for a ... read more
