I first had a great experience with Alex, but then the next project was met with discrepancies. I had to ask him what time he was showing up, then to turn up close to 1 1/2 hour late, not the first time. The second part of the job was not even going to be done at all. Incredibly unprofessional. He never showed up when he said he would and never started before 11:30. Kept changing dates and not letting us know. Last straw was that he damaged our walls when he installed blinds and dinged our floor when he dropped some of them. Never bothered to tell me about the damage. I had met with said person about work needing to be done and he seemed very enthusiastic to begin with when I told him what we needed done and what the store was about. He had texted me a response saying he felt ‘drawn’ to our project but needed me to confirm with him that evening since he apparently had ‘other’ work. I called him to talk about the job and he started talking about his dog to me and if we would be interested in taking it in; even though it was going through extensive dog training.
