We are a Family run domestic cleaning business started in 2010 covering Sale, Altrincham, Urmston, Timperley and Chorlton. Helpful Home offers weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly cleaning services along with one off or end of tenancy deeper cleans. We provide all our own equipment including hepa filter Sebo vacuum, E cloth Mops and microfiber colour coded cloths.

Edit: In response to the owners response. 1. No previous issues with mirror fitting - was loose after knocked off - again I accept mistakes are made and repaired damage at my cost 2. Glasses/mugs have also been broken 3. More recently damage to bathroom pottery soap dispenser and despite someone being home at the time we weren’t informed immediately only after via email 4. Disappointed to have to put a review up. I have been with the company a long while and have an appointment for my ongoing health issues. I wanted to postpone the clean due to this. We want someone present during because items have been damaged in the past when we aren’t there this included knocking a mirror off the wall resulting in repainting of the wall. The service was amazing. However, I was quite unsettled by the checking lady and how she spoke to her staff as it was very unprofessional and very condescending especially considering it was a young lady being spoken too at the time. I believe her name was Donna.
