Great service. A little slow to move and communicate, but the job gets done. Mr. Sims is a straight-shooter, honest in presentation.
Solid idea....after 34 years of law enforcement never saw a guy that got out after doing his time (over 40 years old) reoffend, except the nuts. Some of the younger ones really learn a lesson and need a shot . The revolving door was frustrating and saw that it was tough coming back in to society with a record IF you really want to be straight. Hard to help them find tarining and jobs...
