Helpers Inc. has THE WORST customer service of any company I have ever worked with in my life. A very unpleasant company to do business with.
My experience with this company has been not real good. They do not care about the caregivers that work for them. Although medicaid is who pays for my clients services. I am not paid for all the hours I am clocked in for. They seem to pick And chose who they pay or divide it up with workers even though I was the one working! Unfair and unpleasant company. I have a CNA license and dont get paid for it. Am currently working for another company who cares for its caregivers.
