A clogged artery put me in the hospital. I was in the middle of a heart attack last Spring of 19. It was then i learned what an A1C even was. Mine was 10. Probably a Diabetic for who knows how long. I am 43yrs old. Be 44 this month. Of course at first everybodys the same. Youre eating a little better, no salt everything, give the junkfood to the dog...etc, but the numbers just wont go down.
