⸻ I am writing this review about HELP USA Homebase at 815 Burke Avenue in New York City. Honestly, this location needs new employees who truly want to help people and treat clients with respect. Many of the individuals who come here are already going through extremely difficult situations, and the last thing they need is to be spoken to in a rude or dismissive manner. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THE NEW LOCAL LAWS 99-102 CITYFHEPS VOUCHER SUPPOSED TO BE IMPLEMENTED NO DHS SHELTER HISTORY NOT ALLOWING APPLICANTS THE CITYFHEPS VOUCHER UNLESS YOU HAVE DHS SHELTER HISTORY AND ASKING FOR INCOME REQUIREMENT PLEASE RECOGNIZE THE NEW LOCAL LAWS 99-102.
