There’s this guy in there named Erik, i’ve been dealing with an issue for awhile there because Melissa ended up messing up my tracking number for my package for my business. Erik was there and this man basically told me to take my business some where else, because of the “volume of packages” piling up. This place is awesome. She had a couple of free boxes for customers so I wouldn't send extra on a box. Then she showed me the rates of shipping on her monitor screen and let me decide which would be that better opinion of companies to send the package. She was very thorough and helped me package the box. It was a blessing to come here. Thank you for your kind and awesome service.
