Racist business owner who steals
Terrible service. Terrible people. It's all a scam and the company owner is a scum bag. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!
The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I have EVER come across. I was looking for a Homeowners policy; I called this office and asked if they were open on Saturday, the woman who answered the phone stated they were, until 1230. When I arrived on Saturday I was THEN told that they were only open for limited services (basically just payments), something that should have been mentioned when I called. Help-U-Insure in Fairhaven is the worst agency with the laziest employees who have the worst attitudes I've ever encountered. They are very unhelpful so I don't understand why they would call themselves Help U. Erin has a terrible attitude, Ricky will not listen, rush you off the phone and send docs you don't need instead of docs you do need and Erin will attack you if you call back for correct docs...Mark is a hit or miss maybe he will most likely he won't help.... they aren't competent enough to put the phone on hold while... read more
