Buy at your own risk, Darrin is a complete Jerk!!!!! Ordered an EGR Valve, incorrect part was delivered, I contacted him and he immediately went on defense and hung up on me, I called him back and ask if that was necessary and he replied to never contact them again and hung up. WOW
Stay away of this place Darren is really rude Send part to the wrong place, send wrong parts Darren doesn't have attitude to give a good customer service Please dor your own sake stay away of this place and this rude guy
The guy Darren who answers the phone is completely rude as can be. I ordered a hard to find part, revived it no problem and installed it no problem until the part he sent was bad. He got mad at me for some reason. Im the one who should be mad. Im a shop and Im working for free and wasting my customers time. No apologies from Darren other than dont call here again. Im now inquiring about my refund and he hangs up saying call your bank. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend dealing with this entity.
Called and asked for a part . But the salesman is like such on a rush to get off the phone with you he forgets to tell you “ details.” I ordered a part , got it , it’s all good but this old timer man never said to send a “ cord “ back. I already overpaid for the part and now I am being charged 150 for a cord, I didn't not send back ? It’s a dam cord. It’s trash . This some good scamming . Hopefully the bank takes care of it or I’ll have to put a lien on this business for fraud .
Only called to ask for help to buy an item. Got not help and refused to help me as well.
