Called and asked for a part . But the salesman is like such on a rush to get off the phone with you he forgets to tell you “ details.” I ordered a part , got it , it’s all good but this old timer man never said to send a “ cord “ back. I already overpaid for the part and now I am being charged 150 for a cord, I didn't not send back ? It’s a dam cord. It’s trash . This some good scamming . Hopefully the bank takes care of it or I’ll have to put a lien on this business for fraud .

Darren is really rude. You ask a guy for some help and he hangs up on you or tells you he doesn't want to deal with you. Really sucks being stuck not being able to find a part and being suggested to a guy who is unwilling to even speak to you.
