We called HELP Plumbing to replace a water regulator valve in our home. Two younger gentleman came to the door at the right scheduled time and were very friendly and got right to work. In no time at all the job was complete. We highly recommend HELP Plumbing for all your plumbing needs 👍

I found a leak in the little bit of remaining copper I have near my meter and had to shut off the water on a Sunday morning. The plumber I'd normally call wasn't available, and a neighbour recommended Matthew. Although Help doesn't usually do weekend emergency calls, Matthew replied and was able to help us out later that day. He was great to deal with, did a fantastic job (in the process he cleaned up a bit of sloppy plumbing by whoever originally installed the water meter). HELP came to my house to replace the water line for my fridge. It was a tricky job because the water supply is located in the basement while the fridge is on the main floor, and finding the right pathway for the new line wasn’t easy. Update: After the response I wanted to make it clear. I accepted and paid the invocie in full. As I was hoping all work was completed in good faith. As soon as they left the property we noticed taps kicking and spitting which was immediatley reported. They returned and quoted me $2,500 to replace an expansion tank damaged by them. The tank was $250 labour was $2,250!!! Unfortunatley, not the review I wanted to leave. I contacted HELP plumbing and asked for an expert in HVAC and I also needed some additional plumbing completed. I was very clear I needed an expert for the renovation we were compelting. I was told they wouyld send their "best guy". Unknown to me there is only one guy.. He was no expert. I showed him my HVAC needs and he made a recommendation which made no difference. More concerning I had him add some water filters and complete some minor plumbing changes to the house.
