Unfortunatley, not the review I wanted to leave. I contacted HELP plumbing and asked for an expert in HVAC and I also needed some additional plumbing completed. I was very clear I needed an expert for the renovation we were compelting. I was told they wouyld send their "best guy". Unknown to me there is only one guy.. He was no expert. I showed him my HVAC needs and he made a recommendation which made no difference. More concerning I had him add some water filters and complete some minor plumbing changes to the house. Matthew was great at installing our dishwasher. Was friendly and very efficient. Even gave a discount for being over 55. I would highly recommend.

Connor and Rafael did an excellent job of replacing our Poly B plumbing, with careful attention to keeping wall and ceiling holes to a minimum. A free quote, competitive cost, and timely communication regarding the initial scheduling and ongoing work were also much appreciated.
