If I could rate zero stars I would. I was a walk in appointment and told to come back 45 minute later. I did and then waited another 2+ hours in the waiting room. 3 hour wait. I was told I was the next to be seen when I asked 2 hours in and three more people were seen before me. Never going back and I recommend that you don’t even bother. What a joke.
I have been a patient of Dr Tarquil Islam for several years and without hesitation I can recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good doctor. Dr Islam mannerism and politeness towards myself and my two daughters has been consistent throughout the years and his professionalism and caring approach highlights his commitment to the medical profession. Dr. Robert Seton is one of the best doctors located on the Gold Coast. He’s very caring and professional and actually takes time to listen to his patients. However, I cannot not say the same about the RN who also works at the clinic. I had my blood taken today at the clinic and it is very sad to say that she didn’t follow basic WHS procedures. Dr Islam has been my GP for many years. I have followed him wherever he works. He is very caring and thorough. I am glad that he is back at pacific fair. It's a great location. Easy to park. There is always something to do here. You can never be bored. Also Help Medical has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
