The doctors and nurses at this clinic work tirelessly and endlessly to ensure that everything is done not only well but with care thoughtfulness and attentiveness.. Always so far behind time for appointments, and when you try and call them to find out how far behind time they are, you spend 10 minutes on hold and they still don’t answer…
After over 2 hours I had to leave without the consultation. Don’t recommend at all.
Terrible experience. My husband was booked in for biopsy/removal of a mole after an initial consultation. He waited almost 3 hours from his appointment time to when he gave up and left. There were other people there who had been waiting just as long. He kept being told he was "up next" which was obviously their way of trying to keep patients in an overbooked surgery. Surgery was also unclean with bloody tissues visible in the surgical room. Staff were unapologetic. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.
