Only caters to large cottages. Our cottage is 2500 sq ft and the company wanted to set aside 5 hrs minimum to clean which is not needed. I think they are better suited for one off deep cleans not weekly cleaning.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive, and as a result, I had to contact her several different times just to get confirmation on a date and time. It was like pulling teeth and as though I was bothering her -not professional business etiquette. More importantly, she did not provide a deep clean in any aspect, but more so a surface clean. Hard working and great attention to detail. Super customer service and all requested tasks completed on time and budget. You're in pretty good hands with this company . Would definitely recommend this service.
