I can’t recommend (Kathryn) this osteopath enough. I went in with severe back pain and could barely walk, even after seeing a chiropractor a couple of times. I'm so glad I found Kathryn! 🙏 Under her wonderful hands, my years of pain in my shoulder blade, shoulders, and hip practically disappeared in one session! 😃 Compared to the pain and discomfort I came to her with, and how I felt when I left – the difference is incredible! I went to Kathryn at Help Me Heal for manual therapy after having chronic pain for years. Everything from hip, IT band, sciatic pain that nobody could fix, to constant pain in my legs and feet, stiff and sore neck constantly. I know I’m a work in progress and may have to go back a few times to get things fixed little by little, but I was truly amazed at the relief I felt in one session. Before working with Kathryn at Help-Me-Heal Manual Therapy, I was dealing with frequent headaches and neck pain, as well as issues with my back and feet. She helped me understand how proper alignment can alleviate many different problems. After just a few weeks of treatment, my headaches are gone and my neck, back and foot pain has drastically improved. She also gave me tools to manage future muscle pain and improve my overall health.
