Before working with Kathryn at Help-Me-Heal Manual Therapy, I was dealing with frequent headaches and neck pain, as well as issues with my back and feet. She helped me understand how proper alignment can alleviate many different problems. After just a few weeks of treatment, my headaches are gone and my neck, back and foot pain has drastically improved. She also gave me tools to manage future muscle pain and improve my overall health.
