One of my friends was accepted into the program with help at home I wasted three months of my time going through blood tests and background checks and fingerprinting, and online test which they actually give you the answers for which it has to go against something just to be told that I didn’t pass something along the way, but I had to spend three months $1000 to get a new Social Security card printed a new license printed there’s just a bunch of bullshit and it’s all run through people working from home on their cell phones... read more
Horrible!
Disgusting branch manager and office employees! They are asking for us and people we know to give positive 5star google reviews since their real reviews are so low. They are horrible with the clients and us home care workers! I have been here for 6 years and with the new manager and office employees, this is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with! So no you can not bribe me to give a 5star review!
Harass employees to the points the leave. They systematically push them out. Uneducated unprofessional.
Really good company to work for. The ladies in the office are super helpful. It is evident in their training that they put their patients first.
Horrible company for both clients and employees! Has gone down hill in the last year because of new management and new staff that only care about profit. Help at home has continued to purchases other companies for profit. Definitely have lost the good & dedicated employees they once had due to their own greediness!
Call, and you get voice mail. Leave a message, but they don't call back. The only way to get a response is to say you are the relative of a client. Then, someone will return your call. However, they will blame the client who they never provided with service, or blame Covid-19 as the reason no one applies to work for them.
Good company to work for, the girls in the office are very helpful.
