I live up the street from this location I mean I been working for the company since 06 but the location downtown I spoke with someone from this location and they seem pretty nice so I do want to give it a chance at this location!!
I had a caregiver to text me a message on a Thursday saying basically “get someone else to help me “ Her next scheduled workday, Of course, I didn’t expect her back, Well she did return, calling me, she acted like nothing was wrong, just waiting in my parking lot for 3hrs..after leaving Her boss said a culture difference..🤷🏿♂️ Then the caregiver text me saying she had no love in her heart .....wow 👀
This agency is impossible to contact either via email and telephone, even when an emergency situation occurs. This type of circumstance has occured not once but at other times as well. I will be contacting my case worker at Dupage County on Monday to arrange for an immediate change. Do not waste your money, time, or energy on hiring this agency. You will be sorry you did so.Remember that they do not respond even when emergency situations occur. Furthermore thier corporate office conducts business the same way.
