This agency has no business existing my opinion. They accept hours and can't fill them Of a caretaker calls-off they can't get substitutes. I have had that happen to me evey time I was in that suitatin (which has happened many times) .
Worst company ever to work for. Getting paid on time is ridiculous! The problem with this company is that nobody talks to each other in this company. You’ll speak to one person and they’ll say one thing then you speak to someone else and they’ll say something completely different! This company took 3 and a half months to get me on the payroll. This company has not a single clue what they are doing. Rules change all the time and do not expect to get paid on time. If you do get paid when you should I promise you wont get the whole pay. If you call expect to be bonced around to 3 different people and none of those 3 will know the answers and even the dozen times you speak with a supervisor it still will be a disaster. The issue for me IS PTO.. Been there about 6 years. Used 1 week of it the whole time i was there , only because the client went on vacation with a family member. You loose all pto if you don't use it by the end of the year. I found a job working for the state of pa so I took it. Since I didn't give a 2 week notice they are keeping 80+ hrs of my pto.
