I had brought my home care provider from another agency to which I was completely satisfied. She retired. The Skokie office sent me a temporary. She had to go to a court hearing and arrived late. She immediately warmed her breakfast from home in my microwave without asking and sat down to eat. Then, she decided to clean and complain as she was cleaning. Ms.Vicky Bell has made my experience at Help at Home amazing. I looked forward to every day I was scheduled because I knew she was gonna teach everything we needed to know. Whenever I had a question she was quick to answer in a way I understood. If the rest of the employees are as professional as she is I look forward to working here.
