Greatful, I use Google, for most of my information.
If you care about your families don’t work with this company. The aides don’t want to work because they are underpaid. When you underpay you get low class service. The supervisor Metzi has done a poor job overall. Most people quit the same day because it’s not worth the work time or energy.
They don’t even deserve one star, but zero isn’t an option. One aide showed up once and never came back. The second one said they weren’t a maid service and referred to me as a devil worshipper. When I ordered her out of my home she refused. I had to call law enforcement and almost resulted in a physical fight. My complaints to the supervisor were dismissed and I was hung up on. Never again will I ask for in home help from this place, or any other.
