Help at home in Carbondale is the worst place to work for they is very unprofessional and they all are friends relatives or something in the on-site manager she need to learn how to dress more appropriate for the job they need to be closed down come to TLC and work it's more laid back and just got 401K and retirement plans something that help at homes do not offer you all 18 years of working there you don't have nothing to look forward for
Seems like a scam company. I was hired then I reached out for questions about the paperwork. I was transferred to FIVE different people with NO help. Every time I tried to email about my problem, the email was sent back as a failure. I wouldn’t waste my time applying to this “company.”
It’s weird that you do not reimburse your employees for traveling to your office for orientation that is mandatory. Even more weird that you do not pay your employees for MANDATORY orientation (4 hours) or MANDATORY training videos (30 hours). Then your supervisors like to edit time punches, call the unpaid hours a mistake, and require their employees to wait more than 3 months to receive pay from a SUPERVISOR mess up. I called the local office today trying to find out why someone would be calling. Reception has a horrible attitude "I don't know what to tell you it was me". Didn't even ask a Franklin County Sup if they may have called. Very rude
