We treat each person as family and ability doesn't matter as we have all ages and walks of life. We modify and create each daily programmed fitness class to fit YOUR personal journey. You will not only experience the best hour of your day, but will have access to friends, family and a coaching staff that cares about you and your continued success.

The owners Angela and Rick are the most amazing people with the most beautiful souls I’ve ever known. They will work so hard to ensure that their people are happy and healthy. I could not suggest a better place to go to get fit. No toxicity, no judgment. Just truly loving wonderful people.
I was in San Antonio for work a few weeks ago and was able to attend a few 5am classes while I was there. I have nothing but positive things to say about Helotes Crossfit gym and its members. Everyone was so welcoming, coaches are amazing and workouts were challenging!!! One gym member saw me giving up on the last rep of a workout my last day there. Helotes CrossFit helped me do a complete 180 with my health and fitness and put me on a trajectory to a better life. I’ve considered CrossFit for a few years and seen the solid results and community it has given others, but I underestimated how fun and challenging it would be. I can't say enough good things about Helotes CrossFit. The coaches are truly top-notch. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and always pushing you to be your best while making sure you stay safe. The atmosphere here feels like a family; everyone is so supportive and welcoming, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
