i thought i lost my key fob i called heloh, he had me wait two longer for him when i called he would say he's 20 min. away and really it was an hour and 45 min. later. so he starts to work on my car while in my other car i find the key i thought i lost i tell him before it's completed, he then offered to program both key's since he's already there. i felt that was a good deal and i would have an extra key so i allowed him to continue. after the first key was done, he acted like he was moving on to the next key but then said ... read more

Had him replace key now horn is inop and turn signal assembly is janky on classic vehicle that parts are hard to find, I called multiple times about this problem no response now I have to spend more money on finding parts & labor wish I took time to find another locksmith

TLDR: Heloh Locksmith are true experts in their craft. Great customer service and do more than cut and program keys, including specializing in PCMs and instrument cluster repairs I came across Heloh Locksmith needing to have new keys programed for a replacement PCM as it was diagnosed by a local dealer. After some talking with Armando and learning PCMs are a specialty of his, he helped me confirm my suspicion that the dealership might not have the technical expertise on programing keys for my vehicle or on PCMs. I asked if H... read more
