Rudy has been taking care of my BMWs with TLC for 15 years. He knows more about foreign cars than a parent knows about their own child. I brought my Mini Cooper in to get my AC fixed during the most recent heatwave. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile and my problem was fixed quickly while I waited and talked World Cup with the friendly receptionist. They are honest and professional and made we want to return and recommend to my friends and family. Brought my mini there for clutch issues and they were super fast, friendly, and really well priced. Rudy was super helpful on the phone and in person with my issues. And they left the car shinier than I brought it!
This place has been our mechanic shop for the last 4 years ever since we moved to CT and found this place! Rudy has been so incredible and we trust his judgments and expertise whenever we bring our cars in. I have tried to get my breaks replaced a couple of times, thinking it needed a replacement. But he would check and recommended that it is not yet time and we truly appreciated that. We appreciate that he never tried to add on unnecessary services, and it is rare to find that nowadays!
The folks at Helmut are professional, efficient, and, more importantly, courteous and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the repairs for my Mercedes, quoted me a fair price, and repaired it quickly to get me back on the road. I also like that they called to keep me updated on the status. I would highly recommend Helmuts and intend to return for all my car care needs.
