Everything about getting a building from Helmuth Builders in Staunton, was so easy and pleasant. I researched and looked and talked to several building companies and this was just the best choice. Great customer service and pleasant...Please can't beat shopping local!! Highly recommend...Don't even bother going anywhere else if you are looking for a building!
From the moment I walked through the door and spoke with Diane, to the day my shed was delivered by Caleb....my experience was exceptional! I want to give them 100 stars! And my shed is the cutest shed ever! And suddenly I need a pergola! 🤗 Thank you so much for such great customer service and beautiful workmanship! I am so happy!
Great selection and variety at the Staunton location. Diane took very good care of us in the office and made sure we got the best deal. Caleb set the shed right where we wanted it and had it level and squared up within minutes. Very pleased with the shed, the pricing and the personable customer service, from order to delivery. Highly recommend.
Helmuth Builders have been great!! Diane helped us when we first went there to check out the sheds. She was wonderful and took her time discussing the shed and cost. When she was out one day, there was another rep who was very helpful. Delivery came quicker than we thought which was a nice surprise. Caleb delivered the shed and was very careful as we had trees and shrubs on each side and he did not have a lot of room, but he was very careful and did a fantastic job. Very impressive. Helmuth builders, brought a shed to my sister's home today. great experience, personnel were all professional to include the office person and the delivery and set-up person. the shed is exactly what she wanted and the company made her experience great; purchase, site inspection, delivery and set-up.
