Knowledgeable parts people manning the phones! Huge parts inventory in stock, even for older Volvo Penta applications. Super fast shipping. I made two orders from southern CA and had my stuff in two days for orders before 1pm pacific and three days for one order after 3pm. Overall a Great experience. I created an account and will use Helmut’s exclusively moving forward.
Superb experience repowering my sailing vessel with the great folks at Helmut’s Marine. Attention to detail was on the mark. They did a tremendous job with all aspects of service. I received periodic updates, too. I highly recommend their services over others in the SF Bay Area.

Reviews reveal much about a company. Not just individual reviews but the business response as well. My boat stays at Grandpappy Point in Texas and has parts their service department purchased from Helmuts (which have failed). A fellow boater (Rhonda Ferguson) keeps a boat at Buncombe Creek Marina and has parts purchased from Helmuts through Blackbeard Marine (which have failed).
