Charged for services that were not completed. Stated mower was G2G but was not ready! Long story short had to take it to another shop to diagnose the issue and found transmission was going out and deck spindle was bent. They put brand new blades on and didn't check them nor notice a bent spindle and blade hitting the deck. Wrong bolts and bent brackets were put back on along with bolts not tightened.
