Went there for 3 Pandora charms was told they were Pandora by staff on the phone as well in person . Purchase them for gifts We later went to a real Pandora store at mall in Fayetteville We were told the 3 charms from Helms were fake yet Helm's charged me Pandora prices. Not the way to do honest business

Helms Jewelers WAS a Rockingham icon. In business for over a hundred twenty years, this store enjoyed the best of all that Richmond county had to offer. In 2017, Steve & Cynthia closed up shop after 43 years, and sold to Ellyn Brannick who reopened in October of the same year. The prices are too high, she has a store full of things that no one wants, and for the rare days when anyone does bother to come inside, they are often met with her high-browed, rude, condescending hateful manners.
