Dr. Helms is fantastic. She is Webster certified, which means she was able to work safely with my wife through two pregnancies. I've had three chiropractors in my life, and I appreciate how Dr. Helms uses the right amount of pressure for adjustments without it feeling too aggressive. She also uses a massage tool to loosen muscles from time to time, which feels great!
Love Dr Helms. I struggled with some back/neck/shoulder pain for two years without getting much relief. I went to many doctors/ neurologists and did many rounds of PT to try and relieve the pain. Personally, I have never been to a Chiropractor before. I have always taken care of myself physically. With working out daily though, its inevitable that injuries occur. My most recent injury would not go away for months until I saw Dr. Helms at her office. The biggest thing for me is that I'm a "learner" type of personality and her "why" for everything that my body was experiencing educated me and made sense to why I was not recovering.
